Neoscape collaborated with RXR Realty to develop a repositioning campaign for this midtown Manhattan property. To communicate a message of transformation, our team created a series of assets with a modern, minimal look and feel that refer back to the building's new glass base, bright new entrances, and the "jewel" that will be the atrium. Building on that, an open an airy logo was creted to mimic the atrium's importance to the building. I am pleased to announce the video for this project has received a gold level Pixie Award for motion graphics.
