We worked with IDD TRANSFORM to create a brand (fonts, colors, etc.) and logo for the project that represented the multitude of perspectives represented on the team.
IDD TRANSFORM is patient-researcher collaborative for health research at Stanford Medicine's Center for Biomedical Ethics. This team has a goal to improve health, health care, and health outcomes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a measurable way. They engage with, adult patients with IDD, caretakers of adults with IDD, community organizations serving adults with IDD, and clinicians/researchers serving adults with IDD on emergency medicine, geriatric/palliative care, telehealth, and COVID-19 interventions.
