Developed as part of team at Neoscape, we created this logo and book to help sell Northwood Investor's crown jewel - the Mansion on Madison. Designed by architect McKim, Mead & White under the patronage of Henry Villard, it was erected and as a private residence in 1884. The mansion has undergone a large scale $125 million renovation. It includes 27,000 square feet, six floors, and the iconic courtyard. The bulk of the space has been earmarked for retail space.
I am pleased to announce this project has received an American Graphic Design Awards from GD USA, and the video for this project has recieved a gold level Pixie Award. For the American Graphic Design Awards, more than 8,000 entries were submitted; a selective 15% were recognized with a Certificate of Excellence.
